Wow what fun we had!

Using the soft cushions the jewels created a cave then a house. 

We made a door, roof and windows. 

We talked about the shapes of the roof and doors thinking about the shapes we have been learning about in our Maths Meeting lessons.

Why not ask your child about their learning at school.

Today we are experimenting with colours!

Rainy weather means puddles filled with fun!

This week we have found our way around Foundation by following the steps and completing the tasks.

What great fun counting the steps to the bear cave! The jewels are retelling the story by using the role play area.

We need big boots to go looking for bears in a snowstorm!

Today we are looking for the bear just like in the story. We’ve got snow to leave our handprints in, grass and mud to leave footprints in.

Our new story this half term is ” We’re going on a bear hunt”. Today in Rainbow Talk we have discussed what we can see in the cave!

Razan has loved completing her task for home this week. She has brought lovely autumn leaves a and crab apples for us to explore at school. We have used them for Tummy Talk. The children described them as “crunchy”, “warm” and “crisp”.
